Strengthening a transparent supply chain.

In a global economy with complex value chains, it is important to invest into transparency. This is particularly the case in supply chain management, where we are focusing on reducing social risk. Sennheiser is taking a position in this area by developing a supply chain management policy statement. To achieve that, we will expand our electronics manufacturing network and form strategic alliances.

We have long-lasting personal relationships with our suppliers.

In addition, we are currently re-defining our own code of conduct regarding the Sennheiser Sustainability Standards. It serves as the basis for cooperation with our suppliers. Our goal: to apply sustainability criteria to all systemic changes and to optimize cooperation by 2030.

Investments in locations within Europe

We are also strengthening our production footprint by further specializing our plants. Our plant in Braşov, Romania, for example, focuses on manual assembly processes and testing for PCBs and products. At our main site in Wedemark, we have successfully completed our planned investments of €10 million in 2023 and 2024, focusing on high-tech automation, engineering capabilities, and high-end product assembly. Building on this momentum, we are planning further strategic investments in 2025 to continue driving transformation in Germany and Romania.
